Kyoto Hashiya's various branches (Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Omiya, Yokohama) and Hibiya Hayashiya and Lin-ya Tea Garden are offering a limited-time April Monthly Parfait called "Matcha and Berry Mascarpone Parfait," which evokes the warm spring atmosphere with its vivid colors. The parfait features a new creation by Hibiya Hayashiya, topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
The berry mascarpone cream is made by mixing a rich and creamy mascarpone cheese with a berry sauce, which gives a refined sourness and richness. It is combined with Uji matcha ice cream, matcha sponge cake, and refreshing apple and rose tea jelly to create a refreshing aftertaste, like a soft sunlight shining on a spring field. The parfait will be available from April 1st
to April 30th.
