Hotel New Grand, located in Yokohama's Naka Ward, will be selling a "Cherry Parfait" topped with plenty of Japanese cherries from May 1st to May 31st , 2023.

This is a seasonal limited parfait where you can fully enjoy the exquisite texture and elegant sweetness of juicy, shiny, and beautiful Japanese cherries.


Toppings include rich and creamy Jersey milk ice cream, cute heart-shaped meringue, and plenty of cherries. The parfait features a harmonious balance of textures and flavors from crispy meringue, tangy raspberry sauce, cherry ice cream, sweet and dense blueberry sauce, and smooth yogurt mousse, making it a delicious way to spend a refreshing early summer parfait time.
