Caulliflower and Matsusaka Pork Gapaow: 1,298 yen (tax included)

Spicy Gapaow stir-fry with the mild flavor and sweetness of Matsusaka pork, crispy texture of cauliflower, and a slightly sweet taste.

"Gapaow" is Thai basil with a refreshing aroma. In Thailand, Gapaow stir-fry, which is sautéed with a generous amount of meat, seafood, vegetables, Gapaow, chili, nam pla (Thai seasoning sauce), and seasoning, is a staple dish at street stalls.

At Mango Tree Kitchen, the spicy and punchy "Gapaow stir-fry" is also a popular menu item. The fragrant rice imported from Thailand, "Jasmine rice," is a perfect match, and when mixed with crumbled fried eggs, it creates a mellow flavor.

Matsusaka Pork is a pork with a fine marbling that is slowly grown over time. It has a balanced flavor of the condensed umami, mellowness, sweetness, and deep aroma of the fat itself.
