"Caulliflower and Matsusaka Pork Gapaow" Available for a Limited Time in April at Mango Tree Kitchen

Mango Tree Kitchen, a sister restaurant of Mango Tree in Bangkok that serves authentic Thai cuisine in a fast-food style, will offer "Caulliflower and Matsusaka Pork Gapaow" for a limited time from Saturday, April 1st to Thursday, April 27th. The restaurant is operated by Mealworks Co., Ltd. (MW), a subsidiary of ArcLand Service Holdings, Inc., which brings the taste of overseas to Japan.


Enjoy the popular spicy Gapaow stir-fry at Mango Tree with limited-time ingredients. The menu is as follows:


Caulliflower and Matsusaka Pork Gapaow: 1,298 yen (tax included)

Spicy Gapaow stir-fry with the mild flavor and sweetness of Matsusaka pork, crispy texture of cauliflower, and a slightly sweet taste.


"Gapaow" is Thai basil with a refreshing aroma. In Thailand, Gapaow stir-fry, which is sautéed with a generous amount of meat, seafood, vegetables, Gapaow, chili, nam pla (Thai seasoning sauce), and seasoning, is a staple dish at street stalls.


At Mango Tree Kitchen, the spicy and punchy "Gapaow stir-fry" is also a popular menu item. The fragrant rice imported from Thailand, "Jasmine rice," is a perfect match, and when mixed with crumbled fried eggs, it creates a mellow flavor.
