Sylvanian Forest Kitchen Strawberry Jam" now available exclusively at the Michi-no-Eki Mibu shop

 The Michi-no-Eki Mibu shop is selling an original product, "Sylvanian Forest Kitchen Strawberry Jam," at their "Sylvanian Forest Kitchen Little Sweets Shop" that is only available for a limited time. The popular Sylvanian Family series was created by the toy manufacturer Epoch about 40 years ago in a town. The town and the company jointly developed this jam.


The jam uses a unique blend of locally grown strawberries, including "Tochiotome" and "Tochiaika," and is made with low sugar to allow you to savor the original taste of the strawberries. The label features "Flare," a chocolate rabbit girl motif inspired by strawberries. Each jar contains 150 grams of jam and costs 1,000 yen.


A representative from the town stated, "You can only see the original design of the chocolate rabbit holding strawberries here. We hope you will check it out."

Suntory to release "-196°C Flash Frozen Unsweetened Shikuwasa" for a limited time

 Suntory will be releasing the "-196°C Flash Frozen Unsweetened Shikuwasa" for a limited time starting May 30th. With an alcohol content of 6%, the 350mL can will be priced at around 148 yen and the 500mL can at around 200 yen (excluding tax). "-196°C" is a long-selling brand that has been on the market since 2005. It is a non-sweet chu-hi with a robust fruit flavor, made by instantly freezing and grinding whole fruits. For this product, Suntory uses its proprietary "-196°C freezing method" to immerse Shikuwasa that has been flash-frozen and ground at -196°C in vodka, to extract the flavors trapped in the fruit peel. The "-196°C freezing method" has been further evolved to provide a firm fruit texture without the sweetness.

New Collaboration Donuts with Sanrio's Character Cinnamoroll at Natural Donut Shop "FLORESTA"

 FLORESTA, a natural donut specialty shop, has collaborated with Sanrio's popular character Cinnamoroll to release a new donut called "Cinnamoroll Easter Collaboration Donut". It will be available in two installments from April 8th (Sat) to 30th (Sun) in 2023. The "Cinnamoroll Easter Collaboration Donut" combines the world of Cinnamoroll's character with the spring event "Easter". The first installment features Cinnamoroll with bunny ears and his friend Capuccino as the main characters. The cute visual of their faces popping out from the colorful ring donut is charming. Each face also has a different flavor, with Cinnamoroll using FLORESTA's original white chocolate and Capuccino using kinako (soybean flour) chocolate as the main ingredients.
